Gairloch is a regional centre with numerous hotels,
restaurants, a bank, a post office, a filling station, several shops, and
a high school. For Tourists there's "Marine Wildlife Tours" by boat (recommended),
and (even if this particular photo doesn't look like it) there are some
nice sandy beaches and walking opportunities in the area.
